For alumni interested in leadership opportunities, four alumni advisory councils assist the undergraduate executive councils and provide programming and resources to all fraternities and sororities. The Alumni Interfraternity Council supports the mission of individual chapters and the Cornell fraternity system through the development and promotion of chapter-level alumni leadership. The AIFC promotes the intellectual and cultural interests of the University through cooperation by the Association with individual fraternity alumni associations, with undergraduate fraternity organizations, and with the administration of the university. The Alumnae Panhellenic Advisory Council APAC is a volunteer group of alumnae each specializing in a specific area of interest for the benefit and consultation of sorority alumnae advisors on the Cornell University campus. Objectives are to keep sorority alumnae advisors at Cornell University aware of current trends, to promote and be an advocate for the sorority system at Cornell University, to improve the sorority image on the Cornell University campus, and to stimulate a continuing interest in Panhellenic affairs and development on the Cornell University campus.
